Most will require the vehicle plugging into diagnostic equipment to find the exact cause however the most common faults are EGR valves or a split in one of the intercooler hoses. 2011 Ranger Rover sport was used to jump start another car. Toki 1 18. Afterwards a warning message popped up 'Charging system fault' along with battery symbol and red triangle. Says to push 'ok' to reset. When pushing 'ok', it does not reset. Do not know what has gone wrong.
